Business processes are present in all organizations regardless of their size or industry in which they operate. Properly maintained, managed, and improved business processes quickly and efficiently respond to continiously changing external conditions as well as let effectively plan, produce and control the activities within the company.
BPM in the enterprise requires process modeling and optimization. Design of business process models is done mainly during implementations of organizational change (eg, process improvement, cost optimization, the implementation of QMS ISO 9000) or the implementation of information systems.
Development of process models can be implemented in the traditional form (using paper) or using special tools (eg Aurea BPMN Modeler.) Process models can be reflected in a variety of standardized notations (eg, EPC, BPMN, UML), which makes it easy for every user - both technical and business - to understand the process diagram. Our analysis service can be provided for selected processes or all company business processess. Process modeling can be carried out in a standard methodology or may be profiled for specific customer needs (eg, system implementation). During modelling the processes there is usually room for optimizing and improving the process. The models also serve as the basis for the implementation of Workflow / BPM, DMS or ERP class information systems.
